Futures Day at Farnborough International Airshow is the perfect backdrop to motivate young people to study STEM subjects and discover the many different career opportunities available in the dynamic sectors of Aerospace, Defence and Space.
Groups from schools, universities and youth associations (aged between 11-21) who are registered by a teacher or group leader, get to attend the airshow and participate in Futures Day, for FREE.
This year’s event takes place on 20 July and will be packed with even more activities and the all inspiring star of 2016 – European Space Agency Astronaut, Tim Peake - will be back to meet with groups!

The day also incorporates access to the flying and static aircraft displays and the Innovation Zone which showcases next generation aerospace technology.
A firm fixture in the STEM calendar, Futures Day 2016 attracted over 5,000 young people.
Futures Day is organised by ADS in partnership with IET, Industrial Cadets, Inspiring Futures, Royal Aeronautical Society, STEM Ambassadors and Winchester Science Centre.
