Our programmes and services are delivered by a network of over 70 careers consultants who have a wealth of experience in delivering advice and guidance on careers, higher education and student development.

Qualifications

Our career advisers are level 6 qualified (level 11 SCQF / equivalent) and on the CDI register.

How do we work with schools?

Each school and college we work with is assigned a Regional Director who will keep in touch with you and provide support as needed. A local team of careers consultants in our guidance team will deliver services to complement the school's CEIAG (Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance) programme and provide information, advice and guidance to students as needed.

The guidance team is supported by a small team at our head office in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Sharing specialist knowledge

The Inspiring Futures team draw on the knowledge of the wider GTI team which has extensive experience of graduate recruitment and has established relationships with many leading companies.

Thank you very much indeed for the full and varied information. It's the first time I have used the careers helpline team and I must say, I'm impressed.

DLD College, London

I liked the ability to discuss my options with people outside my family and circle, and being able to use their opinions as well.

Student, Strathallan School

I worked with Inspiring Futures in November for our year 11, 1:1 guidance discussions. The team came in over a period of 4 and a half weeks and I don’t think I’ve ever worked with such a group of friendly professionals. They arrived on time and spent all day delivering over 130 back to back interviews that I had co-ordinated. What I loved about the team was their ability to connect with everyone, their flexibility with chopping and changing a few appointments around due to unforeseen circumstances and their general approachable personalities.
