Regional Director, South West
Vicky spent the first part of her career working in the service sector. She joined a national recruitment company, as a recruitment consultant within the Professional and Technical Division. She went on to specialise in recruiting sales and sales management staff for a range of clients. Vicki has a degree in Social Science with Psychological Studies and retrained as a teacher, qualifying in 2006. She spent 6 years as head of careers at a selective girls' school in Bristol. Vicki joined Inspiring Futures in 2012.

Assistant Regional Director, Dorset and the Isle of Wight
John joined the academic staff at Wellington College after studying History at university. He was Head of the History, Economics and Politics Department, a housemaster, Head of the Resources Centre, heavily involved in the college IT introduction, and latterly Head of Careers and University Entry. John joined Inspiring Futures in 2005, and has continued to be involved part-time in the front line of Careers Department delivery at Ryde School on the Isle of Wight.
Assistant Regional Director, Oxfordshire & Berkshire
Karen spent 18 years in the oil and chemical industry in a variety of positions including research and development, business management and acquisitions and divestments. During this time she was also heavily involved in both graduate recruitment and staff development. Karen has a degree in chemistry, a Diploma in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance and joined Inspiring Futures in 2008.
Assistant Regional Director
After graduating, Lorna first worked for a National Newspaper before taking up various roles in Television Production. She reluctantly gave up this career to follow her military husband from posting to posting. Lorna has obtained the Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance and has since enjoyed working with young people in schools and adults seeking career transitions. Lorna joined Inspiring Futures in 2016.
