As part of your Inspiring Futures school membership you have access to the Careers Helpline Team - Janet, Roz and Jacquie. We answer your careers information, advice and guidance enquiries as well as create key member resources.

Futurewise students and parents can contact the Careers Helpline team for further guidance.

As part of school membership, the Careers Helpline team research common career topics and produce degree entry requirement documents for use with students in popular competitive courses such as, medicine, psychology, vet science, dentistry. The documents are updated annually in the summer and can be downloaded from the Inspiring Futures website.

Jacquie Ridge

Careers Adviser

Jacquie has a degree in Social Policy from Loughborough University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Education and Guidance from Napier University. She has over 20 years’ experience of working as a Careers Adviser in schools, further education and a university. Jacquie joined Inspiring Futures as a Careers Adviser for the Helpline in 2010.

Janet Taylor

Information Helpline Manager

Janet has a degree in Biological Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance. She has over 20 years’ experience in Careers Education and Guidance working in schools, sixth form/FE colleges and with adults, and also worked as an assessor for trainee careers advisers on the DCG (now QCG). Living in Europe for 10 years, she also has knowledge of international education. She joined Inspiring Futures in 2005 working in schools in Oxfordshire and Berkshire and now manages the Careers Helpline Team in Head Office.

Roz Bovis

Assistant Helpline Manager

Roz has over 10 years' experience in Careers Education and Guidance, working with young people in schools, colleges and higher education. She joined Inspiring Futures in 2007 as a Regional Adviser in schools in London and the South East, before moving to the Helpline Team in 2008. She has a degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.
